NAPOMENA: Ukoliko planirate praviti ove kuglice ili bilo koje druge kuglice , a na bazi su sušenog voća, onda pripazite na porijeklo. SAMO CERTIFICIRANO suho voće garantira da je sušeno na prirodan način , da nije tretirano nikakvom hemijom ili aditivima. Kada kupujete organsko sušeno voće budite sigurni da je bez sumpor dioksida koji je inače služi za zadržavanje te lijepe, svijetle boje voće. Zato bježite od marelica koje imaju prekrasnu divnu narađžasto-žučkastu boju, birajte marelice koje ne izgledaju tako lijepo, imaju smeđu boju ali su za zdravlje najkorisnije takve, pogotovo kada su djeca u pitanju.

Ja uvijek pravim malo veće količine jer ih i ja i muž nosimo na posao.Ukoliko želite Vi količinu možete smanjiti.

SASTOJCI: (šolja od 250ml)

1 šolja brusnica 1 šolja grožđica (Može bilo koje drugo suho voće smokve, marelice, hurme …) Šolja pečenih lješnjaka (Ako nema lješnjaka može i 2 -3 v.kašike maslaca od lješnjaka, kikriki putera itd ali onda ostale količine malo prilagoditi) 2 -3 v. kašike zobenih pahuljica 1 v. kašika chia sjemenkih (može i bez) 2-3 v. kašike kokosovog ulja ( u tečnom stanju) 1 v. kašika cvekle u prahu ( nije obavezno)

POSTUPAK

U blenderu ili sjecku prvo samljeti malo lješnjaka (dok se onako fino ne usitne, ako pretjerate dobit će maslac , nema greške znači ) U sjecka ili blender staviti suho voće. Ukoliko Vam je blender slab kao kod mene, onda malo potopite voće u vodu nekih 15tak minuta i onda blendajte (nemojte prosuti vodu dok ne završite sa kuglicama). Kada se suho voće samelje na dovoljno sitno i formira se homogena smjesa (može ostati malo i veći komadića neće smetati) dodati koksovo ulje, chia sjemenke i zobene pahuljice (onoliko koliko želite da se masa uveže). Blendati sve zajedno i onda spatulom još ručno lijepo sjediniti. Treba da imate masu sa kojom možete raditi, tj. Formirati kuglice. Možete namazati i malo ruke kokosovim uljem i onda ih formirati i uvaljati u dodatke koje ste pripremili.

Kuglice mogu stajati nekoliko dana u frizideru, nekih 5 dana sigurno , a i više mislim ukoliko prežive toliko ;), ali namjena im je da ih ponesete na posao, na put , na faks, u školu, na trening itd.. Idealne su za osobe koje imaju samo automate sa standardnim slatkišima blizu radnog mjesta , koje rade neki naporan posao, puno stoje, kojima treba energija u datom trenutku , a nisu u prilici da jedu, koji su zbog prirode posla puno u autu itd. Općenito, kuglice ne mogu i ne trebaju zamijeniti redovan obrok ali mogu biti dio zdravije prehrane i idealan pomočnik u napadu gladi. Ne zaboravimo da, s obzirom da su sušene, imaju veliku prirodnu kalorijsku vrijednost ali su koncentriran izvor vlakana, minerala i vitamina. Zato grickaj pametno , ne pretjeruj ostavi nešto i za naredne dane!

Uložiti 20 – 30 minuta trenutnog slobodnog vremena je dugoročno i pametno ulaganje u svoje buduće zdravlje, ono koje nas čeka mnogo mnogo kasnije u životu!

INGREDIENTS: (250ml cup)

1 cup cranberries 1 cup of raisins (can be any other dried fruit, figs, apricots, dates...) A cup of roasted hazelnuts (If there are no hazelnuts, you can also use 2-3 tablespoons of hazelnut butter, peanut butter, etc., but then adjust the other amounts a little) 2 -3 c. spoons of oatmeal 1 c. spoon of chia seeds (can be without) 2-3 c. spoons of coconut oil (in liquid form) 1 c. a spoonful of beetroot powder (optional)

Accessories for rolling balls Turmeric Matcha Hemp seeds Sunflower seeds (chopped by hand) Coke flour or shredded coconut flakes Beetroot powder Or anything else you have in your pantry or some superfood you use (cocoa powder, maca powder, spirulina, ceylon cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, flax, sesame...) PROCEDURE

First, grind some hazelnuts in a blender or chopper (until they are finely chopped, if you overdo it, you will get butter, no mistake, that means) Put dried fruit in a chopper or blender. If your blender is weak like mine, then soak the fruit in water for about 15 minutes and then blend (don't spill the water until you're done with the balls). When the dry fruit is ground to a small enough size and a homogeneous mixture is formed (a little may remain and larger pieces will not be a problem), add coconut oil, chia seeds and oatmeal (as much as you want the mass to bind).

Blend everything together and then mix well by hand with a spatula. You need to have a mass that you can work with, ie. Form into balls. You can grease your hands a little with coconut oil and then shape them and roll them into the accessories you have prepared.

The balls can stay in the fridge for several days, about 5 days for sure, and I think even longer if they survive that long ;), but they are intended for you to take them to work, on a trip, to college, to school, to training, etc.. They are ideal for people who only have vending machines with standard sweets near their workplace, who do some hard work, stand a lot, who need energy at a given moment, but are not able to eat, who are in the car a lot due to the nature of their work, etc. In general, balls cannot and should not replace a regular meal, but they can be part of a healthier diet and an ideal helper in an attack of hunger. Let's not forget that, given that they are dried, they have a high natural caloric value, but they are a concentrated source of fiber, minerals and vitamins. So snack wisely, don't overdo it, leave some for the following days!

Investing 20-30 minutes of your current free time is a long-term and smart investment in your future health, the one that awaits us much, much later in life!
