BIOfan organska guar guma dobijena je iz organski uzgojenih sjemenki biljke guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). U pitanju je 100% prirodan, biljni zgušnjivač i stabilizator, potpuno bez glutena, bez aditiva i pogodna za vegansku, bezglutensku i cjelovitu ishranu. Koristi se u malim količinama za zgušnjavanje i vezivanje smjesa u pečenju, kuhanju i pripremi napitaka. Poboljšava teksturu i strukturu bez upotrebe glutena. Guar gumu nije potrebno termički obraditi – aktivna je i u hladnim i u toplim pripremama. Za razliku od nekih škrobova (kao što su kukuruzni ili tapioka), guar guma deluje bez zagrijavanja.
BIOfan organic guar gum is obtained from organically grown seeds of the guar plant (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). It is a 100% natural, plant-based thickener and stabilizer, completely gluten-free, additive-free and suitable for vegan, gluten-free and whole foods. It is used in small quantities for thickening and binding mixtures in baking, cooking and preparation of beverages. Improves texture and structure without using gluten. Guar gum does not need to be thermally processed - it is active in both cold and hot preparations. Unlike some starches (such as corn or tapioca), guar gum works without heating.
